What are your shipping options?
We offer standard shipping on all orders. You can expect your order to be delivered within 7 to 15 business days from the date of shipment.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Additionally, you can track your order on our website by entering the tracking number on the Order Tracking page.

What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at contact@neestec.com for assistance. We are here to help you track down your order.

Return and Refund Policy

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What are the conditions for a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In its original packaging

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@neestec.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch.

Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

How will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

What if I haven't received my refund after 30 days?
If more than 30 days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@neestec.com.
